Snow Removal Site Supervisor – Per Snow Event
Job Summary
Seeking a Snow Removal Site Supervisor on a per event basis to take the lead in site supervision, quality control, site integrity and site operations. Successful candidates will be talented team leaders, as the role centers around establishing and improving execution, evaluation, and communication of Executive policies and practices. This is a hands-on position requiring considerable time in the field. We have positions available in both New York and New Jersey.

REQUIREMENTS
- 2-years plus of experience in a Site Supervisor position in snow.
- Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
- Valid Clean driver’s license.
- Valid employment documents required.
- Willing to get out of the truck when occasional hand work is required.
- Fluent English (Spanish is a plus).
- Strong leadership abilities
- Experience managing complex site(s) for snow removal
- Excellent organization skills
- Experience evaluating and training team members
- Analytical, goal-oriented work style
- 24/7 In-season availability
- Strong employee interpersonal skills and communication
